Introduction

Hey, what's up everybody! It's your boy George the Philly guy, and welcome back to the channel. Today, we're going to do some cooking. In my last video, I unboxed the Mo Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 Plus, and today we're going to put it to the test. I'm going to make some simple food - some french fries and some chicken wings. It's something basic, but how about you join me in the kitchen? Let's go put this oven to the test!

Unboxing the Mo Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 Plus

Let's start by unboxing the Mo Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 Plus. In my previous video, I showed you how I received and unpacked this unit. Now, it's time to see how it performs in the kitchen.

Choosing the Ingredients

For this cooking test, I've chosen a 3-pound bag of Purdue chicken wings. I've also opted for store-brand giant shoestring french fries. The wings will be placed in the middle of the air fryer, while the fries will be placed just above them.

Preparing the Food

To prevent the wings from sticking to the pan, I've coated it with a little bit of vegetable oil. With everything prepared and ready to go, it's time to start using the air fryer.

Using the Air Fryer

The default cooking time for the air fryer is set to 18 minutes. However, I plan to check on the food at various intervals to ensure it is cooking properly. I anticipate the fries taking around 2-3 minutes in a deep fryer, so I'll check them after 2 minutes.

Checking the Progress

After 2 minutes, it's clear that the fries are not done yet. They are warm but not crispy. I'll continue cooking them for another 2 minutes and reassess.

After 9 minutes, which is the halfway mark, I'll pause the cooking process and check on the wings and fries. Unfortunately, they are nowhere near being done yet. The wings will need more time, and the fries are still not crispy enough.

Additional Items and Condiments

While waiting for the next cooking cycle, let me share a couple of additional items I have prepared. I've chosen the giant brand buffalo wing sauce, specifically the mild flavor. And of course, no wings would be complete without Marie's blue cheese. It's the best!

The Taste Test

After three cycles of cooking for 18 minutes each, the wings have finally cooked to perfection. The fries, on the other hand, took about 20 minutes to reach my desired level of crispiness. Now, it's time for the taste test!

I grab a wing, dip it in the blue cheese, and take a bite. Not bad at all! I am pleasantly surprised by how tasty they turned out. The combination of the wings and the blue cheese is just right.

Final Thoughts and Review

In conclusion, the Mo Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 Plus performed exceptionally well in this cooking test. I am still experimenting with it, as I plan to try using the rotisserie and dehydrator functions in the future. But for this first run, I am very impressed with the results.

The wings came out delicious, and the fries turned crispy after a bit of extra cooking time. Overall, I give this air fryer two thumbs up. It definitely met my expectations and delivered on its promises.
